Order supplies and manage your hospital’s budget - once patients (and other things) start arriving, things get hectic! Diagnose your patients with a variety of interactive tools. Symptoms will get weirder as the apocalypse unfolds, keep an eye on what comes through your doors. As you earn more, expand and upgrade your hospital.
